Synopsis

Never give up on your dreams. That’s the moral of this slap stick, light hearted, Adam Sandler film.

Zohan is a Middle Eastern assassin with a big bush and buns of steel. His fighting skills break into the 4th dimension, as he pulls off moves that Neo from the Matrix could not even summon. Though a star at what he does, this lady weapon has other dreams – to become a hair dresser.

He leaves his life onward to America, with nothing but a heart full of hope and a 1980’s hair styling book. Finding it difficult to get a job, Zohan finds himself volunteering in a Salon. It’s not long until his exuberance, outrageous hair styling and sexual charm has ladies lining up down the street.

All is well in the world until a Palesteini cab driver (Rob Schneider), finds Zohan, ex-nemesis, working in the salon. Naturally revenge is sought.

Watch this mediocre film if… you can take cheesy joke and a feel like a laugh out loud. This film is not for the PC, as it brings in sex, race and everything silly about terrorism so perhaps check out another film if this makes you cringe. Personally, I think it’s an ultra silly, rib tickling film that’s great to watch if you need to add some light to a mundane task or need a break from uni.
