Synopsis

Mediocre Movies Presents…Frankenstein’s Army

Despite being a film that readers may not necessarily be familiar with, deep down you know Frankenstein’s Army. World War II, Nazi experiments, horrible monsters. The kind of stuff you’ve seen before. But in this case the twist is that it’s related to Dr Frankenstein! Not that Dr Frankenstein, the Dr Frankenstein! This revolutionary take on an oversaturated genre is more than a call to arms – it’s a Z-grade film conscription.

In all seriousness, this found footage flick (we’re as sick of them as you are) has a little sprinkling of humour to help offset its ludicrous premise, and the decent monster designs and buckets of blood should at least keep the horror fans satiated. It’s just a silly fun time, really. Worst case scenario, your friends will never trust you to choose anything for movie night again (totally worth it).

Watch this Mediocre Movie…if you’re disinterested in engaging narrative but enjoy your gory horror films complemented with on-point humour. Also perhaps for the three or four people that still enjoy found footage stuff (please seek help).
